Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it

Unused and unworn

In its original packaging

Please note: Before returning any item, you must contact us at Kangkangkch@outlook.com to verify the return address and confirm that your item meets the return eligibility criteria. Returns sent without prior confirmation may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Damages or Issues

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us first. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the original item and for the shipping of the new item.
