Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping destination.

📦 Important: Orders under $50.00 are charged a flat shipping rate of **$5.00 per order**. You can mix and match multiple nail sets in a single order, and you will only pay one flat shipping fee!

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow 1–2 business days for the tracking information to become available.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are not included in our shipping fees and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will do our best to assist you with any necessary documentation.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
